By accessing or using CXRD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use CXRD. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. KYC & Compliance
CXRD is required to verify user identities in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide requested identification documents and information. Failure to complete verification may result in limited access or account suspension.
5. Services
CXRD provides cryptocurrency-to-fiat card services, including virtual and physical card issuance, crypto wallet management, and point-of-sale currency conversion. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Fees
Current fee schedules are available on our pricing page. CXRD reserves the right to modify fees with 30 days' prior notice. Transaction fees, card issuance fees, and any applicable exchange rate spreads are disclosed before confirmation.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use CXRD for illegal activities, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. CXRD reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
CXRD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
